If you forgot your item and you are unable to head down, please make a lost item report.
1) Log-in to your Smove app or app.smove.sg
2) Go to "History" or "Past Trips"
3) Click on the booking that you lost the item on
4) Click on "Lost Item" to report the loss of your item
We will proceed with the investigation after we have received your report.
The status of the investigation will be updated via the same page.
We cannot guarantee your items will be found and accept no liability for your loss.
Items will be disposed of if not collected in 1 month.
