Reimbursements for your fuel or parking might be entered as credits if the claims were submitted late. They will be used automatically to offset your next booking with us! This is the most convenient option for frequent users.
However, if you wish to opt for another option, please contact us and we will revise your invoice with the correct reimbursement! However, the request has to be done within 14 days from the date of the affected booking.
