You will be required to make upfront payment for your first 3 trips. After you've successfully completed your first 3 trips, your provided credit/debit card will be charged automatically at the end of every trip usage.

Your provided credit/debit card will be charged automatically at the end of every trip usage. You should expect an email receipt within 12 hours after ending your trip.
A customer may also be requested to make upfront payment for bookings under the following circumstances:
- History of delayed payments
- Long bookings greater than 24 hours
- Bookings made during festive periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc.
